Randy has been
living in the dynamic Silicon Valley for over 40 years. A graduate
of Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo and a member of the “Big 8” for a
number of years Randy has developed extensive, practical experience
in addressing the needs and concerns of a variety of clients. From
high net worth individuals and their unique tax and estate planning
scenarios to not-for-profit organizations Randy has earned the trust
and confidence of each - providing service with the personal touch
that they expect and deserve.
Except for a
brief absence to gain “hands-on” industry experience, he has been
in public accounting for over 26 years. As a volunteer member of
the United Way Audit Review Committee since 1985, Randy has demonstrated
that he not only understands the unique accounting and tax reporting
needs of not-for-profit organizations (including employee benefit
plans and labor unions), but believes in “giving back to the community”
as well.
A member of
the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, California
State Board of Accountancy, California Society of CPAs and a licensed
California real estate broker, Randy has also been involved in creation
of the popular tax-related website 1040tools.com since its inception.
